Aromatherapy Massage 1 hour £42
Aromatherapy massage is a gentle, relaxing massage, using oils that are blended to suit your mood, condition and skin type. Oil blends can be relaxing or uplifting, depending on your requirements.

Swedish Massage 1 hour £40
Swedish Massage is a deeper massage, working into muscles using a variety of techniques aimed at reducing muscular tension. If a client has aching shoulders or neck muscles, the treatment will be adapted to target these areas, helping to reduce discomfort. Don't worry if you don't like a lot of pressure during your massage, we will adapt to suit.

Reflexology 1 hour £40
Reflexology is a relaxing therapy that works over specific points in the feet. It lasts for around an hour, and begins with a relaxing foot massage. Each of your feet will be wrapped in turn in a towel to keep it warm while the therapist works over the whole of the other foot. Reflexology works on the principle that each area in the foot reflects a different organ or system in the body, and by working into the reflex points in the feet, the body is able to become more balanced, and healing can take place.

Holistic Facial 1 hour £38
Holistic Facial is a very relaxing, nurturing experience. and takes approximately an hour. We begin with a thorough cleansing before applying a gentle face mask. You can then lie back and enjoy a relaxing foot or hand massage, while the mask works into your pores. Once the mask is removed we will mix an essential oil blend to suit your skin type, and finish with a relaxing massage that includes the neck, shoulders and face.

Indian Head Massage 1 hour £38
Indian Head Massage is a seated therapy and works over the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, head and face. It can be adapted to suit the client, and the head and face can be worked over either with or without the use of oils, depending on your wishes. This is a deeply relaxing treatment and is best enjoyed when you have the luxury of being able to relax and unwind for the rest of the day. It is a good idea to bring a hairbrush with you and ladies might want to bring something to tie their hair up.

Reiki 1 hour £40
Reiki is a healing energy that helps the recipient by bringing them into a state of balance, enabling the body to use it's own natural ability to heal. The practitioner will lay hands on or close to different points on the body, allowing the natural healing energy to flow. Clients remain fully clothed and can either sit or lie down during treatment. They might feel a range of sensations including, heat or cold near the therapists hands, tingling, deep relaxation, a different range of emotions, feelings of peace and tranquility.
